PERFORMANCE TICKET INFORMATION

Tickets & Entry

• We do not issue physical or digital tickets. Your name will be placed on our guest list after purchase—please bring valid ID that matches the order name. NAME AT THE DOOR ONLY.
  
  

• If your party purchased tickets in multiple transactions or under different names and would like to be seated together, please contact us as soon as possible.
  
  

Doors & Seating Times

• Doors open at 7:30 PM. The earliest your party can be seated is 7:30 PM; arriving earlier may require waiting until your table is ready.
  
  

• Seating for Front Row and Centre Rows sections is assigned by our system based on date and time of purchase, not arrival time.
  
  

• General Admission seating is first-come, first-served upon arrival. Please note that choosing a table or booth larger than your party size may require sharing seats with other guests.
  
  

Presale & Door Sales

• Presale tickets are available until 7:00 PM on the day of the performance. We recommend booking early to guarantee access.
  
  

• Any remaining tickets will be sold at the door on a first-come, first-served basis at a higher price than General Admission.
  
  

Reserved Seating Guarantee

• Your ticket guarantees that we will hold your reserved table for the entire first set (8:00–9:00 PM).
  
  

• If your party has not arrived and we have not been contacted by phone or email by the end of the first set, your specific seats may be released to incoming patrons.
  
  

Refund Policy

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, except in the event of a cancelled performance.
  
  

Music Etiquette

• As a dedicated live music venue, we kindly ask that conversation be kept to a minimum during performances. Socializing is encouraged during intermissions to ensure an enjoyable listening experience for all guests.
